According to police, they were contacted on Saturday morning by two young people about the robbery in an east end parking lot.
The individuals reported that they were approached by the suspects, who were described as 13-16 years old, and robbed of their scooters at knifepoint.
Video is being obtained of the incident, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the St. Thomas Police Service.
