Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located the body of a teen less than a day after they were reported missing.
At 9:40 p.m. on Friday, OPP, OPP K9 and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) responded to an address in Thorndale for the report of a missing person.
A 17-year-old had last been seen at about 5 p.m. that same day and the youth's family was concerned about their welfare.
At 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, police reported that the teen had been found dead.
Foul play is not suspected.
