A raid on five London homes netted police more than $240,000 worth of various drugs.
Officers with the guns and gangs section, with the help of the emergency response unit, canine unit, uniformed division, and OPP tactics and rescue unit, searched the homes and three vehicles on Wednesday. The homes were located on Meadowgate Boulevard, Lysanda Court, Elliott Street, Glenroy Road, and Kent Street.
The search turned up 2,421 grams of suspected cocaine, 28 grams of suspected MDMA, 314 TEC pills, six digital scales and approximately $60,000 in cash.
According to police the street value of the drugs seized is $244,370.
Four Londoners, aged 27, 30, and 31, were arrested. They have been charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. All four are scheduled to appear in court in relation to the charge on Thursday.
