London police responding to a complaint about a man with a gun in Old East Village seized two replica firearms Sunday night.
The tip about the armed man on York Street near Adelaide Street came in around 8:40 p.m.
Officers arrested a suspect and two replica firearms were seized, police said.
A 35-year-old London man has been charged with possession of a firearm contrary to prohibition order, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a weapon.
He was scheduled to appear in court in relation to the charges on Monday.
