Impaired charge laid in Norwich hit-and-run

A 60-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges after a hit-and-run involving a parked vehicle in Norwich.

Oxford OPP were called to the crash on Stover Street just after 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Officers determined a vehicle hit another that was parked on the street and then drove off from the area.

A suspect vehicle was found immediately after and the driver was arrested.

A Norwich man has been charged with driving while impaired and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over 80 milligrams.
