A bomb threat temporarily shutdown several big box stores in east London.
The London Police Service (LPS) responded to the reported bomb threat at Argyle Mall at Dundas Street and Clarke Road at approximately 11:17 a.m. on Sunday.

Police evacuated the stores and other nearby businesses. A London Transit bus was brought in to shelter evacuees while police investigated.
LPS searched the area with the assistance of the Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU) and a police service dog.
Police said that "nothing suspicious" was found and that the investigation is ongoing. The stores were allowed to reopen around 3 p.m.
