A brawl in a southeast London parking lot that led to reports of gunfire has resulted in charges against three people.
According to London police, officers were called to a disturbance in a parking lot in the area of Commissioners Road East and Pond Mills Road around 2:45 a.m. Sunday.
"There were also reports that a firearm had been discharged," police said. "One male was transported to hospital with minor injuries and there were no reports of anyone having been struck by a bullet."
Officers saw a vehicle occupied by three men. Two were taken into custody, but the third ran away. He was arrested a short time later. Police say a firearm was seized.
A 19-year-old man, a 20-year-old man, and a 23-year-old man, all from London, are each charged with unauthorized use of a firearm, occupying a vehicle with a firearm, possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The 19-year-old is also charged with possession of a loaded regulated firearm, possession of a firearm without a licence, two counts of careless storage of a firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon.
