Anyone whose commute takes them along Adelaide Street near Old East Village will want to give themselves a few extra minutes to get where they are going Tuesday morning.
As of 7 a.m., Adelaide Street between Central Avenue and Pall Mall Street is to close to drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians to allow CP to complete rail crossing repairs.
A detour has been setup. Signs will direct north and southbound traffic east onto Quebec Street. London Transit riders who use Route 16 are advised to visit the LTC's website for detour information.
The closure will remain in place until noon.
