Update: suspect identified after alleged indecent act

London police say they have now identified a suspect in an alleged indecent act that happened in the northeast end earlier this month.

A man was seen performing an indecent act on Glenora Drive south of Fanshawe Park Road East just before 10:30 a .m. on June 4. He was confronted by another person and left the area without further incident, police said.

No one was physically hurt during the ordeal.

On Thursday, police released a photo of a suspect in the case and asked the public for help identifying the man. Later in the day, police announced that they had identified a suspect and that the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information about this incident or the man in the photo is asked to call police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
