Police in St. Thomas say they seized over a dozen firearms during a search Sunday.
Following an ongoing investigation by the St. Thomas Police Street Crimes Unit, a warrant was obtained to search a local home.
Officers arrived at the home sometime on Sunday, during which 16 firearms were seized, and one man was arrested.
Investigators have not provided further details on the make or model of the weapons found inside the property.
The accused, whose name and age have not been released, is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm. He was later released with a future court date.
