Arson charges have been laid against a London man following a shed fire in the north-end of the city.
Firefighters were called to the fire on Richmond Street near Mayfair Drive around 12:25 a.m. on Wednesday.
Crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze which caused roughly $1,200 damage. No injuries were reported.
The fire was determined to be suspicious in nature and a suspect was arrested nearby at around 1 a.m.
A 36-year-old London man is charged with arson causing property damage. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 9.
