A London tow truck driver has been charged after a late-night argument with another tow truck driver became physical.
Shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday, two tow company drivers showed up to a crash on Highbury Avenue North and Edgevalley Road.
Police say the drivers began to argue over who would be towing the vehicle. During the quarrel, one of the drivers was assaulted by the other.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
Officers arrived and a 22-year-old London man was charged with one count of assault. He is to appear in court on April 22 to respond to the charge.
