A woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries after an attack inside an apartment building in the SoHo neighbourhood.
London police were called about the assault at the London and Middlesex Community Housing building at 241 Simcoe Street around 10 a.m. Wednesday. When officers arrived they found a woman suffering from serious but non-life-threatening injuries. She was taken to hospital for treatment .
Another woman was arrested without incident, police said. So far no charges have been laid.
The investigation is in its early stages and police remained on scene throughout the morning.
