Johannes (Joe) F. DeJohn, 63, of London had last been seen around 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday in the area of Richmond Street and Grosvenor Street.
Police announced Thursday morning that he had been found and is safe.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
