Police are looking for a suspect after a teenage girl was touched inappropriately at a bus stop in London.
The London Police Service said on Wednesday between 2:20 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., the teen was waiting at a bus stop in the area of Hamilton and Rectory Street when a man she did not know approached her and started a conversation.
The man, noticing she did not have one with her, offered the victim a mask. When she declined, the man offered to drive her home. The female declined this offer, as well. The man then touched the teenager in an inappropriate manner before leaving the area in a white four-door sedan, heading south on Anderson Avenue.
The girl was not physically injured.
Police described the suspect as a Caucasian male, around 40 years old, about 6'0" tall, 200 pounds, with black and grey hair, and patchy facial hair. He was last seen wearing a blue zip-up sweater and black jeans.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call police at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
