Suspect sought after indecent act near London construction site

London police are searching for a man believed to have committed an indecent act after calling a woman over to his vehicle for directions.

The woman was walking near a construction site in the area of Oxford Street and Adelaide Street around 7:45 a.m. on Monday when a vehicle pulled up alongside her. While speaking with the male driver the woman realized the man was "committing an indecent act inside the car," police said.

The woman screamed and the man drove away. She was not physically hurt.

Police are now looking for a man described as Black, between 25-35-years-old, with a small build and black hair that was pulled back. He was driving a newer model, small white four-door vehicle with tinted windows.
