Man spotted taking pictures of children in Delhi

Provincial police are looking to speak with a man who was seen taking pictures of children from a van in Delhi.

A parent was walking with their children on Ann Street Tuesday afternoon when they noticed a suspicious minivan was following them. The driver of the vehicle was allegedly taking pictures of the children, Norfolk OPP said.

Upon telling a coworker about the incident, the parent was informed the same vehicle and the driver was spotted taking pictures of children at a park on First Avenue.

OPP are now trying to identify the driver of the minivan. He is described as Caucasian, with short dark hair and appeared to be short with a stocky build. The van is described as an orange/red coloured Dodge Caravan that was missing a hubcap.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
