London police are hoping the public can help identify a suspect in a gas station robbery.
According to police, a man walked into a gas bar at 60 Adelaide St. N around 3:40 p.m. on September 4. Noticing that the man was not wearing a mask, an employee asked him to put one on.
"The employee observed the suspect concealing items, and the two became involved in an argument," police said in a news release issued Wednesday. "The employee was threatened with a needle and the suspect left the store with the concealed items. The suspect fled the area, leaving the stolen items behind."
No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male with shoulder-length brown hair, and a brown moustache. He was about 6'1" with a slim build and was wearing a blue ‘Easton’ baseball cap, black sunglasses, a red t-shirt with white/back logo, green camouflage pants, black boots, and a black wristwatch. He was carrying a black bag.
