Three people escaped from a burning house in the White Oaks area without injury on Thursday.
Firefighters were called to the home on Hines Crescent around 1 p.m. When they arrived at the scene they found heavy smoke coming from the bungalow.
The fire was quickly extinguished and the smoke vented out of the home.
Three people who live at the residence were able to get out unharmed before crews arrived.
A damage estimate has not been released.
A fire investigator is working to determine the cause of the blaze.
