Charges have been laid against a 36-year-old man after a vehicle crashed into a house in Woodstock over the long weekend.
Woodstock police were called to the residence on Ingersoll Avenue around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday. When officers arrived they found an empty vehicle inside the home. The driver was said to have run from the scene.
A suspect in the crash was arrested on Tuesday. A 36-year-old Woodstock man is charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, failure to stop after an accident, and mischief over $5,000.
No one was hurt in the crash.
