The body of a Quebec man who had been reported missing by police has been found in a pond northwest of Tillsonburg.
William Anthony David Sanchez, 39, was reported missing on Sunday after being last seen at around 4 a.m. leaving Spring Lake RV Park. He had recently travelled from Quebec to Oxford County to visit family.
The Ontario Provincial Police said on Thursday at around 12:35 p.m., officers located the Sanchez's body in a pond on Prouse Road.
Police have not said whether or not foul play is suspected.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
