Provincial police in Elgin County are looking for answers after shots were fired on the weekend.
The Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police were called around 11:15 p.m. Saturday after reports of the sound of gunfire in the area of Edison Drive between Creek Road and Queen Street in the village of Vienna. Officers found a spent bullet casing and a live round in the area.
"An SUV type vehicle was seen in the area at the time of the gunshots," police said in a news release issued Tuesday.
