London police are investigating after a noxious substance was located in an east-end apartment.
Officers were called to the apartment building on Godfrey Drive shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday for reports of a noxious substance. Middlesex EMS and the London Fire Department, including their hazmat team, assisted with the investigation.
The apartment building was evacuated as a precaution however, the substance appeared to be contained to a single unit.
One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and police say there is no threat to public safety as they continue their investigation.
