Tourism London, Campbell part ways

The man who was instrumental in bringing the 2019 Juno Awards to London is no longer at Tourism London.

Chris Campbell served as Director of Culture and Entertainment for Tourism London, but he is no longer in that position.

"Please note, respectfully, I am not at liberty to make any comment regarding human resource issues," Tourism London General Manager Cheryl Finn said in an email to BlackburnNews.com. "We wish Chris all the best in his future endeavours."

Campbell came to Tourism London after being the Director of Marketing at Budweiser Gardens. He is credited with being one of the driving forces behind London's successful bid to host the 2019 Juno Awards. He was also instrumental in the city's landing of the 2016 Canadian Country Music Awards.
