The London Knights defeated the Kingston Frontenacs 6-3 in London on Saturday.
The Frontenacs kicked off the game with a goal from Dennis Golovatchev 0:59 into the first period. Luke Evangelista scored two goals for the Knights.
Liam Foudy started off the second period with a goal followed by a goal from Nathan Dunkley putting the Knights in the lead by three.
Francesco Arcuri scored 3:37 into the third period for the Frontenacs followed by Evangelista's third goal of the night. Vitali Pinchuk scored one more goal for Kingston 13:27 into the period which Connor McMicheal quickly countered, scoring the final goal of the night.
London goalie Brett Brochu saved 15 out of 18 shots on net.
The Knights will be facing off against the Saginaw Spirit in London on Friday. Puck drops at 7:30 p.m.
