Kim Finch (Photo courtesy OPP West Region) Provincial police in Elgin County are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man.
Kim Finch, 59, was last seen around 6 a.m. on October 1 on John Wise Line in Central Elgin.
He is described as being six feet tall, 170 lbs with brown hair and a mustache. He also wears glasses and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, black, grey and white camouflage pants and a baseball hat.
