Man accused of recording young kids in park

A London man is charged with voyeurism after London police allege he was secretly recording young children in Springbank Park.

Police launched an investigation after a report that a man was using his cellphone to take video of children playing in the park on July 9. The investigation by the Internet Child Exploitation Unit led to the arrest of Daryl J. Garrod, 35, of London. He is charged with one count of voyeurism.

Police say he is to appear in court on October 8.
