Police searching for armed suspects

Police are looking for two men who are believed to be armed and dangerous, following an "incident" in Simcoe.

The Ontario Provincial Police are not releasing many details but said arrest warrants have been issued for 38-year-old Derrick Anthony Adams and 36-year-old Jean Pierre Auclair following the "incident" at a West Street address. It is unknown when this incident took place.

Their whereabouts are currently unknown, but the men are believed to be heading towards the Brantford and Hamilton area.

One of the men is described as a white male, 5'9" tall, 173 pounds, with an athletic build, brown hair and brown eyes.

The other man is described as a white male, 6'0" tall, 220 pounds, with a medium build, brown hair and hazel eyes.

The public is urged not to approach these men, but anyone who sees either of them is asked to contact police immediately by dialling 911. Anyone with further information on their whereabouts is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
