A tenth person has been charged following a high school graduation after-party that caused $80,000 damage to a short-term rental home in London.
An 18-year-old woman is charged with one count of mischief over $5,000, London police said on Friday.
Police received several 911 calls about a large party at a home in the area of Grand Avenue and Ridout Street on June 27. When officers arrived on scene they found dozens of young people and significant damage to the home.
The Old South residence had been rented through an online short-term rental website. The homeowners were led to believe it was a young couple from out of town renting the space and were unaware of the party, police said.
The two-month investigation by police secondary school resource officers that followed, led to charges being laid Tuesday against four men, one woman, and two teen boys. A day later, additional charges were laid against another man and teen boy.
All of those charged are 18-years-old or younger.
