London police investigating sexual assault

London Police are investigating a sexual assault that happened in the area of McNay Street and Victoria Street.

According to police it happened last week Sunday around 10:30 p.m. when a woman who was walking her dog was approached from behind from an unknown man. When she kept walking the man allegedly followed and inappropriately touched her.

The woman did not report any physical injuries.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, between the age of 30 and 45, approximately 5’4” to 5’6” tall. The suspect walked with a slight hunch and spoke with a very deep and raspy voice that the victim described as being very mumbled. At the time of the incident, the man was wearing a black baseball hat and carried shopping bags that appeared to be filled with his belongings.
