Arrest made after man dies from 'obvious trauma'

One man is in police custody after another was found dead in a London home.

The London Police Service was called to a residence on Connaught Avenue on Monday at around 4:30 p.m. after a man was found unresponsive. When officers arrived, a man was found dead inside the home with what police called "obvious trauma".  No further information regarding the cause of death has been released.

Another man was taken into custody nearby shortly after, however, police would not confirm Monday evening if any charges are being laid.

The identity of the victim is not being released until the next of kin have been notified.

The Major Crime Section is conducting an investigation which police said is in its early stages.
