Sisters fight over shared pot stash

A zeroed out pot stash and a hidden cellphone are said to have sparked a scuffle between two teenage sisters in Ingersoll.

Oxford OPP were called about a family dispute that had turned physical shortly after 10 p.m. on Sunday. The sisters got into an argument after one of them smoked the rest of their shared marijuana. That led the other sister to hide her sibling's cellphone, escalating the situation into a physical fight.

Officers arrived at the home and separated the teens, before speaking with their mother. Neither girl was hurt in the incident, but there was damage to the home.

No charges were laid at the request of the homeowner, police said.
