Dispute between neighbours ends with charges

An unneighbourly act has landed a St. Thomas man is some hot water with police.

A camera placed on a newly landscaped property in the city caught someone on Tuesday driving an e-bike back and forth across the front lawn, which had just been seeded. According to police, the incident was the latest in a long-running dispute between next-door neighbours.

Last September, security cameras on the same property were damaged leading to a charge of mischief against the 58-year-old neighbour. He was later placed on a peace bond by the courts.

The same man is now charged with one count of breach of a peace bond.
