Police say Stephan Carriere was last seen by family on May 3rd at around 8:30 p.m. leaving his southeast residence on foot.
Police were able to located Carriere on May 4, about five hours after putting his information out to the public.
Corn, Soybeans and Wheat finished slightly lower to begin the week.
The issue has affected drainage and brought down several trees, with more still at risk.
