Norfolk OPP were called about an unresponsive man at the Norfolk Street South address around 11:17 a.m. The man was found deceased outside of his apartment door.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and foul play is not suspected, police said.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
OPP are asking if the public saw anything on Sunday morning
