Two Knights added to Team OHL roster

Two London Knights will have a chance to show their skills with an all-star team.

The Ontario Hockey League announced Friday that Knights forward Alex Formenton and defenceman Evan Bouchard have been added to Team OHL for the 2018 CIBC Canada-Russia Series. Bouchard will dress for Game 3, set to be played Thursday night in Sarnia, while Formenton will play Game 4 on Monday, November 12 in Oshawa.

Both players were reassigned to the Knights from their respective NHL clubs Friday. Bouchard, 19, played seven games this season with the Edmonton Oilers, scoring one goal. Formenton, also 19, played nine games and scored one goal with the Ottawa Senators.

The Canada-Russia Series begins Monday in Kamloops, BC.
