All lanes of Hwy. 401 between Westchester Bourne and Culloden Rd. have re-opened.
The highway was closed in both directions around 9:30am Wednesday because Hydro One needed to do some emergency line repairs.

Police announced just after 12:30pm that the highway had opened again.
