A 24-year-old Woodstock man thrown from his vehicle during a crash on Hwy. 401 west of London last week has died from his injuries.
Elgin OPP confirmed Monday that Eric Joseph Kitching died in hospital.
He suffered critical injuries after being ejected during the single-vehicle crash on the westbound lanes of the highway between Iona Rd. and Currie Rd. around 10:40am on Friday.
Police determined the vehicle rolled after veering off of the pavement into the ditch.
A passenger, a 23-year-old woman, was treated in hospital for minor injuries and has since been released.
