Provincial police in Middlesex County nabbed an array of stunt drivers, impaired drivers, and speeders over the Canada Day long weekend.
In total, 99 people were ticketed for speeding, seven for impaired driving, four for distracted driving, and two for impaired.
Another nine were busted for hazardous moving violations, two for not wearing their seat belts, and 11 for liquor licence act offences.
"We hope that enforcement action against these motorists now will prevent a catastrophe in the future - for them and other motorists," said Constable Max Gomez.
Over the three day weekend, OPP across the province cracked down on all forms of aggressive driving. Police have said the four causal factors for injury and death on Ontario roadways are speeding, distracted driving, aggressive driving and the failure to wear or properly wear a seat belt.
