One person was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash south of Aylmer.
Elgin OPP were called after a pickup truck collided with a car on Imperial Rd. at Nova Scotia Line around 6:30pm on Wednesday. According to police, the pickup was turning east onto Nova Scotia Line when it crossed into the path of the car.
The driver of the car was airlifted to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The pickup driver was not hurt.
The intersection was closed for sometime while officers investigated and has since reopened.
The driver of the pickup, a 23-year-old Malahide man is charged with making an unsafe turn.
