Witnesses were able to follow the vehicle and the child was released a short time later. The child was not physically hurt.

The suspect is described as an older male. The vehicle is a gold or beige-coloured Chevrolet Impala sedan.

Police are asking for help in identifying the vehicle. The investigation has been turned over to the Criminal Investigation Division.
