Woman Injured In Hit and Run

London police are investigating after a female pedestrian was hurt in a hit and run Monday morning.

Police say, around 8am, a woman was crossing the street on Oxford St. at Quebec St. when she was hit by a westbound pickup truck. The driver of the truck did not stop.

The suspect vehicle is described as a white Ford F150 crew cab with a black tonneau cover. Police say the woman was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Oxford St. was closed between Mornington Ave. and Quebec St. for about 90 minutes.
