Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be addressing issues that matter to local residents when he makes a stop in London next week.
The prime minister will be joined by London West MP Kate Young and London North Centre MP Peter Fragiskatos to hold a town hall meeting with local constituents on January 11. The town hall be held at Western University's Alumni Hall starting at 7pm.
"This town hall event – the second that Prime Minister Trudeau has held in London – will give community members an opportunity to engage and articulate their views on how we can build a future where all of us have an opportunity to succeed," Fragiskatos said in a statement.
During the town hall, Trudeau is expected to touch economic growth, preparing youth for the jobs of the future, and how to build a stronger more resilient middle class.
"This is a wonderful opportunity for the London community to voice their opinions and ideas, and I encourage the constituents of London West to attend," said Young.
This will be Trudeau's third stop in a national tour.
Admission to the event will be on a first come, first served basis. The doors will open at Alumni Hall at 5:30pm.
