Just under three weeks after it happened, London police have arrested a suspect in the robbery of a convenience store.
Around 11:30pm on November 22, a man wearing a balaclave robbed a variety store at 507 Salisbury St. Police say he was armed with a gun and got away from cash and other items from the store.
No injuries were reported. A search of the area that night did not turn up a suspect, but investigators were able to identify one.
On Monday, December 11 police arrested a suspect. A 19 year olkd man is charged with armed robbery, wearing a disguise with intent to commit a crime, using an imitation firearm during the commission of an indictable offence, carrying a concealed weapon, and assault with a weapon.
