A month after his SUV collided with a pickup truck on Hwy. 2, a Woodstock man has died of his injuries.
Edward Greenfield, 38, was driving an SUV on Hwy. 2 near Hwy. 53 in Norwich Township just after noon on Sunday, November 5 when an oncoming pickup crossed the centre line. Oxford OPP say the pickup hit the side of the SUV, sending it into a spin. The pickup flipped onto its side.
The driver of the pickup was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Greenfield, an adult female passenger, an 11-year-old girl, and a 9-year-old boy were all taken to hospital.
On Tuesday, OPP were informed that Greenfield had died of his injuries. Police are still investigating.
