A pickup truck driver is in critical condition after a serious crash near Woodstock.
Oxford OPP say it happened around 12:20pm Sunday on Hwy. 2 near Hwy. 53 in Norwich Township. Police say the GMC pickup was heading west on Hwy. 2 when it crossed the centre line and collided with an oncoming Infiniti SUV. The truck then flipped on its side while the SUV spun out of control.
The pickup driver was taken to hospital and is listed in critical condition. The woman driving the SUV, along with the 11-year-old girl and 9-year-old boy that were with her, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Hwy. 2 was closed in the area for several hours.
