A 79-year-old man is now charged after a collision involving a car and a tractor north of London.
Middlesex OPP say the car was heading west on Ilderton Rd. between Highbury Ave. and Adelaide St. N around 10am Wednesday when it collided with a tractor that was pulling out of a private laneway.
The man driving the car had to be cut from the wreckage. He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor was not hurt.
Middlesex OPP say a Middlesex Centre man is now charged under the Highway Traffic Act with failing to yield from a driveway.
