Teen Charged In Two-Vehicle Crash

A 19-year-old man has been charged after a two-vehicle crash that sent a woman to hospital in Ingersoll.

Oxford OPP say a northbound SUV collided with an eastbound pickup truck at the intersection of Clarence Ave. and Kensington Ave. in Ingersoll just before 6:30pm last Friday.

The woman behind the wheel of the SUV was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The intersection is controlled by east and west stop signs on Clarence Ave., according to police.

The driver of the pickup truck, a 19-year-old Ingersoll man, is charged with failure to yield to traffic on a through highway.
