A 39-year-old man is facing charges after a stabbing in Woodstock.
The Woodstock Police Service says early Tuesday before 1:40am, a male victim suffering from a stab wound to his abdomen, knocked on the door of a residence on Adelaide St. The homeowner answered and was able to provide minor medical care.
The homeowner then called EMS and the victim was rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have since charged 39-year-old Jeremiah Andre Reed of Woodstock with assault causing bodily harm, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and failing to comply with an undertaking.
