Environment Canada issued a snow squall warning Wednesday evening for London and eastern Middlesex County, with up to 15 cm of snowfall expected in a 12 hour period.
The snow will likely persist into Thursday morning before tapering off before the afternoon.
The weather agency is asking drivers to be cautious on the roads as visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy and blowing snow.
